Before 65 about 7% per year: 86% at 63,93% at 64,100% at 65 of reference pension; contribution duration may still prorate(41/43 example).2027 old rules; old/new gap capped±3%2028,±6%2029,±12%2030, full scheme 2031.€9 bn 2032 gain/future balance are forecasts, not guarantees.
-
Lower from 67 to 65 the age at which the reduction for incomplete careers is cancelled.
Source details
Overlaps another campaign measure; the campaign stresses the benefit for women and interrupted careers. The full rate does not necessarily remove prorating by quarters: it is not a promise of an unconditional full pension.
-
For full careers before 63: exempt from pension and unemployment contributions and guarantee the full rate from 63.
Source details
43 contributed years required; around+14% net pay and neutrality if 10% more older workers stay active are forecasts. Pension uplift/reformed work-pension combination from 65.15 Octsource is newer than 11 Sep 03-04; compare parameters rather than automatically merge.
-
After 65 with a full career, choose between a 5% yearly increase and combining the pension with work of up to 24 hours a week.
Source details
Without claiming pension/full-time work, permanent uplift; work-pension pay exempt except CSG/CRDS/income tax, pension reduced by 30% of pay then restored on stopping, no six-month wait. Differs from 03-04 which proposed replacing uplift/combination. Financial examples remain campaign illustrations.
-
Make occupational sectors fund arduous end-of-career arrangements, keeping early departures for invalidity and disability.
Source details
Social partners by occupation/sector: part-time, adaptation, retraining and penalty buybacks from 63; transfer long-career envelope. Incapacity/invalidity full rate 62 and disabled workers 55 retained. Example of 62-year-old mason mentions part-time despite 63 commitment threshold; timing unresolved, no inferred early rule.
-
Create an individual retirement account, in the private and public sectors, funded notably by a 1% contribution on pay below the Social Security ceiling.
Conditions: The measure concerns workers; current retirees are excluded.
Different versions: Two versions published by the campaign: a voluntary supplementary retirement account (page updated 11 September 2026) and an individual account funded by a 1% contribution on pay (page updated 15 October 2026). Both are shown with their dates.
Source details
A 1% contribution on pay below the social-security ceiling would be split equally between employee and employer; the account would be locked until retirement and given proposed constitutional protection. The campaign estimates a €6bn flow in 2032 and says existing pay-as-you-go contributions would remain unchanged. In the public sector, the supplementary contribution on bonuses would be doubled and paid into the account; its interaction with the 1% needs clarification. Profit-sharing and incentive payments would enter by default. Social partners would oversee tender-selected managers, labelled funds, capped fees and investment in the French economy; withdrawals could be a lump sum or annuity. Assuming a target annual return of at least 4%, the source projects about €27,000 in nominal euros from the 1% contribution alone over a full career, or about €118,000 over forty years with another €1,000 annually from profit-sharing and incentive payments. Its long-term target is for funded pension savings to provide 25–30% of the pension of young people now entering employment. Current retirees are excluded from this measure. These are targets and projections, not guarantees. This conflicts with the older voluntary, no-new-contribution wording in BR-04-17.
-
The campaign puts at €42bn in 2032 the improvement in public finances from its pension programme, with a 1% contribution and a doubling of the civil service's additional pension (RAFP).
Different versions: Two versions published by the campaign: a voluntary supplementary retirement account (page updated 11 September 2026) and an individual account funded by a 1% contribution on pay (page updated 15 October 2026). Both are shown with their dates.
Source details
The table attributes €12bn to age and long-career measures; €7.5bn to investment returns on reserves; €7.2bn to alignment with Agirc-Arrco; €6bn to the 1% contribution; €4.3bn to doubled RAFP contributions; €3bn to closure of special schemes; and €2bn to fraud, overpayments and administration. It proposes no retirement before 63 except for disability, invalidity or incapacity, funded accounts for all, default allocation of profit-sharing and incentive payments, and removal of the social levy. The campaign calculation combines several kinds of gains and revenue; it is not an independent assessment. The €12bn age-measure estimate differs from the €9bn on the newer HTML page.

Source details
Conclusion criticises child-free spaces as an orientation; no specified legal ban is formulated here. Infertility is referred to a health programme absent from this document; do not invent a medical measure.
-
Merge RSA, activity premium and ASS into an individual base and insertion income.
Source details
Lawfully resident adult under 65 without work/income: €300/month base; training/active search at least 15 h/week adds 250. On return RIA=550−30% pay, ends around €1,833/month and re-entry next month possible. Independent of family circumstances, stated not to interact with family/housing benefits but distinguish overall CSU ceiling. Gross/net pay not explicit in general formula; not a certified benefit calculator.
-
Exempt some older workers from contributions before the legal age and revise the work-and-pension rules after it.
Source details
Before statutory age: all quarters, outside existing long-career/hardship/child-credit schemes, exempt pension/unemployment contributions. Afterwards: all except CSG/CRDS, pension reduced by 30% work income, remove six-month same-employer delay and replace existing mechanisms including pension uplift. Example applies 30% to net income; p 13 monthly €300/450 descriptions differ from p 26 approximate €3.4 k/4.8 k yearly. Neutrality assumes 10% more seniors; later 14-04 retains 5% uplift.
-
Create a shared national aid register and cap total at 70% net minimum wage per adult with exceptions.
Source details
Single social account and reference social income: cash/in-kind/social-tariff aid from state, benefit funds and local bodies. Disability/dependency excepted p 14, old age added p 29. Adjust differential RSA/RIA, not technically merge all aid into one payment. P 30 example states 2375→1865 but says €410 reduction, arithmetic difference €510; preserve source. Current minimum-wage and benefit assumptions not verified.
